Very fast response time , -50°C to 150°C operation , Epoxy or phenolic resin coatings , Values from 100Ω to 1 MegΩ , Bare or insulated lead wires , Time Constant: 10 sec. (max.) , Dissipation Factor:1 mW/°C (nom.)
Low Cost, High Reliability , High Temperature Operation (up to 300°C) , Glass to Metal Hermetic Seal , Values from 2kΩ to 1 MegΩ , Tin or Gold Plated Dumet leads (solderable and weldable) , Time Constant: 8 sec. (nom.) , Dissipation Factor: 2mW/°C (nom.)
The thermistors are glass encapsulated to allow for operation in a wide array of environments including high humidity and rapid thermal cycling. The small size allows the sensor to react quickly to small temperature changes.
These specially formulated NTC Thermistors have an initial high resistance that can limit current surge for up to several seconds. During this time, the heat generated within the device causes the resistance to decrease to a very low level.
